Customer Service Rep -
Description: Description: Client Services Rep *Performs customer service in a call center environment. * Responds to client issues via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, claims,. *Researches and analyzes data to address customer service issues. *Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. *Provides timely and accurate resolution of inquiries, issues, and adjustments regarding benefits, policies, contracts, etc. *Requires extensive knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts. *Strong attention to detail to accurately enter data and research and resolve questions. *Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.). *Good typing and keyboard skills 35 wpm *Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center environment. Bilingual, Spanish or French preferred
