Zimmer New England maintains seven offices: the administrative office located in Albany, New York, and six satellite offices in Newington, Connecticut; Syosset, New York; Laconia, New Hampshire; Portland, Maine; Bangor, Maine; and Natick, Massachusetts, where our customer service is located.

We currently have 250 dedicated employees, 100 being sales associates and 30 junior sales associates who are out in the field on a daily basis.

Position Available:

The Service department is responsible for forecasting, setup, delivery, and return of all instruments and implants utilized during a Zimmer surgery. The department hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 10pm (3 shifts each 8 hours). Flexibility may be required during peak business.

Duties:

-Fill request for instruments and implants to be utilized in a Zimmer surgery.

-Forecast inventory requirements and schedule pickup for required product.

-Maintain accurate inventory of product and manage expiration.

-Work with sales team to satisfy customer requirements.

An ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

-Responsible, dependable and motivated with impeccable time management skills

-Knowledge of NY metro area hospital locations

-Outstanding communication skills

-Able to work in a fast paced environment

-Details oriented

- Experienced in using web applications on Windows platform and IOS devices

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

 

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirement:

2+ years related work experience
