They are now hiring a Medical Device Sales / Surgical Sales Specialist
230K at plan - Fantastic benefit package, in addition to an Auto allowance.
Responsibilities
Expand product usage in all existing accounts.
Expand product by selling and training new users in all specialties applicable to your products.
Lead new product installation process.
Prospect for new business and handle any upgrades with existing customers.
Work with marketing and training departments to build and implement new strategies.
Develop and implement sales goals to achieve and exceed goals set by senior management.
Requirements
Proven track record in medical device and/or director/manager level pharmaceutical roll.
- Knowledge of Operating Room
- Strong background selling medical capital equipment
- Previous experience managing and directing a sales force in the medical device industry
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
