Due to exponential growth in Queensland, they are looking for a Sales Associate to join the business to cover a Trauma portfolio.
You will be responsible for selling medical devices and instruments to surgeons in a high pressure environment, often attending cases in theatre. Responsible for growing market share of your product portfolio from competitors.
You will be a high performing individual who has experienced continuous success in professional and personal endeavours.
You expect and strive to achieve a high level of quality in everything that you do, don`t accept second best and have exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
Ideally, you will have had experience in Healthcare Sales (Pharma, Primary Care, Consumables), however any Sales candidates with strong technical aptitude will be considered.
You will part of the QLD based team with the support of a fantastic manager and a global training network. They will set you up for success and support your learning, development and growth. The territory for this role suits someone who lives in the Sunshine Coast area.
Once trained, you will be required to to be on call for some evenings and weekend to attend cases, however this is done on a rotation basis and work/life balance is still encouraged and preserved.
A generous package is offered, including a base of around $70-80k, car allowance and extremely generous commission structure taking your package to around $120,000 in your first year.
