Job Description
Supervisor: Location Team Leader
Job Purpose: Provide excellent customer service to company’s customers through delivery, service and maintenance of medical equipment
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent, valid driver’s license and good driving record for past three years
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
• Responsible for completion of company paperwork
• Responsible for using company computer system to complete orders and manage inventory
• Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies
• 24 hour on call availability based on the needs of the location
• Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and delivery vehicles
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
• Able to work unsupervised and possesses excellent communication skills and maintains a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees
• Able to move 150 pounds
• Maintains a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry.
Supervisory experience a plus.
