Job Description
Supervisor: Location Team Leader
Job Purpose: Provide excellent customer service to company’s customers through delivery, service and maintenance of medical equipment
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent, valid driver’s license and good driving record for past three years
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
Responsible for completion of company paperwork
Responsible for using company computer system to complete orders and manage inventory
Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies
24 hour on call availability based on the needs of the location
Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and delivery vehicles
Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
Able to work unsupervised and possesses excellent communication skills and maintains a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees
Able to move 150 pounds
Maintains a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry.
Supervisory experience a plus.
