Job Purpose:
Expanding Durable Medical Equipment Supplier out of Gwinnett County, is seeking a results oriented Sales Specialist. Ideal candidate should have a proven track record preferably in outside sales. Main product sales focus will be with Respiratories, enteral nutrition, diabetic supplies, mobility products, ambulatory etc. Main goal will be to establish a client base in the greater Atlanta Territory.
A demonstrated ability to promote new and existing product lines, expand current market share, and excel in a quota-driven sales environment is necessary.
Ideal candidate should have strong understanding of business development, be great at establishing long term working business relationships via in person or telephone, have the ability to assess clients needs in advance, have the ability to overcome obstacles, and possess strong negotiation skills based on clients needs and volume, etc. Knowledge of Home Health care business, hospitals, clinics, rehabs including referral sources. If you are an outside of the box thinker, possess a minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales experience and are ready for a new challenge with a great base competitive commission structure. Duties:
Open New Accounts (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician Offices, Chiropractors, Hospitals, Rehabs, Nursing homes, etc)
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Build positive relationships with clients
Increase market share
Meet or exceed monthly quotas
Obtain patient referrals
Scheduling appointments with patients
Set up and instruction of equipment to patients
Skills/Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· 3-5 years background in outside sales, minimum
· STRONG preference for candidates that have at least 2+ years of medical equipment/ pharmaceutical sales
· MUST have a documented track record of accomplishments, quota busting, awards, etc.
· Must NOT be afraid to prospect for new accounts and MUST know how to manage and keep accounts once you are on board, i.e. you will be the face of this company and build solid, long-term relationships with your clientele
· Must not have hopped from job-to-job
· Polished, professional, enthusiastic, hard working, great rapport-builder and tenacious sales personality,

Salary
