Job Description:
We are a dynamic medical office in search of an exceptional candidate to work our Front Office!
Position responsibilities include:
•Greeting and directing all patients and visitors
•Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and collection of co-pays/deductible/out of pocket/balances.
•Prepare charts for visit
•Obtain patient demographics update in our system, maintaining the confidentiality of our patients
•Check-In / Check-Out patients
•Back-up to scheduling
•Other responsibilities as needed
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of medical front office experience, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). This position requires a kind demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to complete all necessary tasks. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
