Medical Records Professional-Migration Specialist Job in Chicago 60625, Illinois US
A long-term valued Manpower - Healthcare client has an immediate need for a professional Electronic Medical Records contractor. Our selected associate will be assisting with the Preload Phase of the client organizations EMR implementation to Meditech. Our selected associate will be entering pertinent patient data from paper medical charts into their new Meditech ambulatory care package. The data will consist of allergies, viral information, health maintenance, medication data, and additional medical information. Selected associate should have a strong OB/GYN patient records background, which is essential to understanding and capturing appropriate medical chart information particularly prenatal patient records.
Also, our associate must have experience with and comfortable with Meditech EMR. Our associate must be extremely detail orientated, work independently and make independent judgments with the ability to work quickly and deliver accuracy.
Experienced medical transcriptionists with a clinical background with Meditech and specifically OB transcription experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Medical Assistants with Medical Records background (Meditech experience), also strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: Must have training and superior understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations
