Medical Reimbursement Representatives
We are growing our Reimbursement Team in Monroeville, PA! CVS Caremark is adding 40+ full-time representatives to our Medical Reimbursement staff! In this role you will be responsible for: - Billing and collecting the organization's account receivable assets. - Initiating collection calls to insurance companies. - Preparing collection letters in accordance with targeted goals and department policy. - Maintaining bad debt at a percentage level outlined by department management. - Assuring timely resolution of reimbursement appeals. - Resolving customer questions and reimbursement discrepancies - And preparing accounts receivable summaries and reviews. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of one year of medical collections, reimbursement, insurance or related work experience required. - Customer Service experience and a background in health plan collections is preferred.
