Medical Transcriptionists (4 Positions)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CURRENT experience performing medical transcription
- Ability to reach and maintain a 98.5% accuracy
- Very Good reading, writing, verbal and listening skills are required
NOTE:
- Fresher's / entry-level candidates who have Associate Degree in Medical Transcription or pursuing Associate Degree and completed at least one semester of course work will be considered.
- Candidates willing to work remotely should have access to high-speed Internet (DSL, cable modem, wireless, or satellite) or willing to work from our Columbus, OH or Southfield, MI offices.
QA Specialists (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- must have 1-2 years of recent QA experience preferably in a remote environment
- must have 3-4 years experience as a transcriptionist
- All new QA hires will go through training and will transcribe on the assigned accounts for a short period of time (typically a few weeks) before being trained on the QA module
Responsibilities of a QA Specialist are:
- training review of new hires
- filling in blanks
- auditing current reports as required
- other special projects as requested
- providing appropriate feedback to MT staff to ensure continued high-quality transcribed work
