Our client, the promotional medical communications division of a global healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Medical Writer to support its growing business in the area of cardiology. The Medical Writer will be a key member of the Scientific Services group and will support one of the biggest accounts in the company. The company is offering an aggressive compensation and benefits package.
-Previous experience as a Medical Writer for a medical education, pharmaceutical advertising or related company is REQUIRED
-Highly skilled in the development of pharmaceutical content including: manuscripts, slides, abstracts, posters
-Experience in cardiology preferred
-Advanced degree is required (PhD, PharmD)
-Strong content development skills
-Familiarity with Med-Legal review process
-Excellent oral and written communications
-Ability to work well independently
-Ability to multi-task
