Medical Writer / Scientific/Editorial Director (CME) -New Jersey Jobs New Jersey
My client is a leading, CME-accredited medical education organization. We are looking for a Scientific/Editorial Director to join the team in their NJ office. You will be responsible for a range of medical content, education programs and business driven activities like gap analyses and needs assessment/proposals. You will work across a wide range of therapeutic areas
Your work will include:
-Planning, coordinating, editing, and reviewing clinical content
-Securing authors and writers
-Preparing CME documentation
-Communicating with grant specialists to identify educational needs
-Developing needs assessments to accompany grant requests
Experience:
You should have significant experience within a CME organization
You should possess excellent editorial (editing and writing) skills, particularly in the area of clinical manuscript development
You should have a successful track record in driving funding through needs assessments
You should be familiar with CME/CE standards and process.
Required:
The position requires a minimum of an advanced health-related degree
The ability to work 5 days a week on-site in New Jersey (Passaic County)
