Medicare Part D Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager will utilize their experience and skill to lead medium and large Client Implementation Projects and/or activities; and may be assigned to co-lead the Implementation of prestigious elite level Clients in a team setting. Working independently in a self-directed team environment, the individual willhellip; - Manage or participate in client implementations of varying size and complexity for each assigned new or existing Medicare Part D Health Plan and/or commercial client, as well as support major changes to existing clients based on platform procedures. - Maintain a current knowledge of all Medicare Part D initiatives and requirements impacting Health Plans to maintain a Subject Matter Expert status for the Health Plans. - Be knowledgeable of all Caremark platforms to lead or participate in successful implementations of varying complexity. - Deliver an on-time installation as identified by the completion of the Implementation documentation procedures. - Track the progress of the implementation using a Project Plan, conduct weekly update calls by creating and maintaining an Action Log until all Implementation tasks are completed. - Partner with sales and operations to support opportunities through new product development, new/existing client assignments, inclusive of transitioning the client to the Account Team who will be responsible for the on-going relationship with the client. - Position resolution of issues to achieve win-win solutions for internal and external customers while identifying, escalating, and managing contractual, compliance or organizational risk. - Work closely with the Client Services Account Team responsible assuming the Clientrsquo;s satisfactory continuous operations; and other internal partners as required to setup a sustainable PBM program. - Work cross-functionally between interrelated departments linking Client Implementation needs/requirements with departmental and corporate objectives through the timely and accurate documentation of Management reporting tools and effective management of partners to meet key deliverables - Contribute to assigned process improvement activities through participation in the Process Improvement Initiative projects. - Project manage the implementation process, gathering client requirements and work with internal partners to implement the client's needs. - Be responsible for working with incumbent vendors, consultants or Third Party Administrators when required and document and communicate key changes - Support finalist meetings as well as complete special projects as assigned - Lead or participate on a Project Team as assigned Bachelorrsquo;s Degree required or equivalent experience 6 plus years or equivalent experience in, but not limited to: Implementations, PBM, Project Management, Account Management, Healthcare, Business Operations and/or Client Relationship Management.
