The Melbourne Head role has now become available following an internal regional promotion. Through an established team of Account Managers, this appointment will be responsible for all Victorian centric business and further development of their current partners in Melbourne. You will develop and further grow your team of Account Managers and act as conduit between Melbourne and head office.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategy, business development, deal structuring and customer agreements
- Developing and managing project plans
- Engaging with the product, marketing, service delivery and implementation teams
- Leading consultants in the analysis of customer business through profitability and competitor analysis
- Establishing marketing strategies to further grow the business and contribute ideas, leadership and innovation
With depth of experience in Consumer Cards, your background must demonstrate exposure across Acquisition, Relationship Management, Product/Portfolio Management and Marketing.
You are a strong leader with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver on these. You are proactive, self driven and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment offering strength in both strategy and delivery.
