The candidate for this opportunity must be proficient in NEFCU products and services and possess the knowledge to confidently educate our members on business services home equities and mortgages. Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing partnerships with key support groups to drive sales and ensure that all member needs are met;
- Minimum twelve months relevant experience in the financial industry or in a customer service field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Professional appearance coupled with an enthusiastic assertive personality
- Must be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Word Excel Outlook and the Internet
