Member Service Representative/Teller Job in Monrovia 91016, California US

Job Description:

This position will not only provide excellent member service in day to day operations as a teller, but will also be responsible for processing telephone transactions, cross-selling products and services, inputting loans submitted by phone, assisting members with inquiries, and directing calls as appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

Pacific Transportation Federal Credit Union (www.ptfcu.org) is looking for an experienced, energetic professional with excellent member service and cash handling skills.

Experience with Symitar a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus.
