Working within the Financial Sector, to lead and develop a team of 4 people to deliver excellent customer service.
A key role for the organisation requiring someone to enable a vision to be delivered they need powerful, effective team leadership and communication. The Team Leader will work as a member of the team reporting directly in the operations manager. Responsible for managing all back office operations and dealing with all on-line payments and day to day enquiries
Essential Experience
Must have previous Management experience
Experience of working within a Financial Service or banking environment
Must be organised and flexible and have the ability to make decisions
Ability to motivate team, allocate and monitor KPI’s
Must be PC literate and any financial in house systems are desirable but not essential
