Overview

The Clearing House needs to provide robust and prudent risk management in order to meet its overriding objective: to provide Clearing Members with a central counterparty of the highest quality and to safeguard the interests of the company's shareholders and contributors to its Clearing Funds.
The primary functions of this role are:

Co-ordinating all new and extending Clearing Member and Client applications, resignations, changes and ad hoc queries including; processing of legal documentation and static data; communicating with Clearing Members; Exchanges; and internal departments; and maintaining all Clearing Member information.

Maintaining supporting Membership documentation, procedures and checklists.
Assisting in ad hoc project and department tasks as required

Responsibilities

Co-ordinating all new and extending Clearing Member and Client applications, resignations, changes and ad hoc queries including; processing of legal documentation and static data; communicating with Clearing Members; Exchanges; and internal departments; and maintaining all Clearing Member information. - Processing all legal documentation.- Communicating with Clearing Members, Exchanges and internal departments. - Maintaining and filing all Clearing Member and Client documentation and auditing all Clearing Member Files on an ongoing basis.- Maintaining the Risk Management System and associated spreadsheets.
- Checking all static data forms and liaising with Exchanges and internal departments to confirm set up.

Maintaining supporting Membership documentation, procedures and checklists

- Writing and maintaining checklists, procedures and standard correspondence for all aspects of the Membership function.
- Maintaining and co-ordinating changes to the operational procedures in place with the Exchanges. Assisting in ad hoc project and department tasks as required
- Assisting in the maintenance and ongoing development of new projects and existing processes and the activities which support these.
- Assisting in the daily and ongoing monitoring of counterparties. - Assisting in the Client Training function.

Qualifications
