Job ID : 1004884 Description : - Oversee all aspects of the organization's TOS and continuous improvement effort. - Obtain Green Belt certification and facilitate Six Sigma projects. - Effectively manage the organization's suggestion system. - Drive CI events and large CI workshops and perform data mining to seek CI opportunities. - Develop a high level of expertise in TOS/CI methodology and techniques. - Perform cost analysis and justification on suggestions and other CI opportunities. - This position will require occasional travel to other DTNA locations and/or to other external operations for benchmarking and training opportunities. Basic Qualifications : Bachelors degree OR Associate's and two years of experience OR eight years of Daimler experience AND one year of group lead, supervisory OR project lead experience is required.
