Mental Health Counselor to perform mental health services for adults, families, children and adolescents in Newark, Ohio in a clinic based settings. Must have at least Master's Degree in Counseling. Duties:
- Responsible for the quality and completeness of the clinical record.
- Assesses client needs and formulates a strength-based Individualized Service Plan with the client and their family.
- Evaluates and revises the ISP according to client's responses and needs.
- Follows crisis prevention/intervention protocols.
- Provides support, education and consultation to clients and their families.
- Assists clients in gaining access to community resources.
- May provide some individual and group counseling as needed.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and LSW, PCC, or LISW
