15 Hour Per Week, Permanent and Temporary Mental Health Specialists Family Service Guidance Center FSGC is seeking a 15 hour per week Mental Health Specialist to work with children ages 6-17. Hours are 3-6 pm Monday-Friday. FSGC is also seeking Full-Time Summer Temporary Mental Health Specialists and a Full-Time Permanent Mental Health Specialist to work with emotionally disordered children ages 6 under in our Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP), and in our Youth Developmental Center (YDC) with children ages 6-17. FSGC is currently seeking a number of temporary Mental Health Specialists to assist in both departments throughout the summer starting in May and running through mid-August of 2012. These full-time employees will work between 35-40 hours per week on Monday through Friday. The permanent position hours vary between 7:30am to 6:00pm and is 40 hours per week. Experience working with children is required. Groups are co-led focus on social/life skills. Education and experience in the mental health field will be considered, but a bachelor's degree in a related mental health field is preferred.
