MENTOR/WORK TRAINER

Darwin Skills Development Scheme requires highly motivated, f exible and organised people to assist workers with a disability access and maintain employment.
The person we require should ideally have a diverse working background and be able to mentor and train workers in a variety of jobs.
A manual driving licence is essential and the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Police Clearance.
Duties include:
- Mentoring and on the job training for the clients
- Develop and implement workplace training programs for individuals
- Assess the productivity of the client group
- Determine the on the job support required by clients
- Develop tasks to suit the workplace and the clients
- Liaise with employers and clients
- Ensure that all agency documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
