Merchandise Manager Support Admin.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides diversified administrative support for a very fast paced group of 3+ Vice President, Merchandise Managers
  • Prepares business tools by running reports, pulling focus reports and developing spreadsheet and Cognos data, analyzing data and developing informative spreadsheets
  • Establishes, organizes and maintains filing systems and performs report and mail distribution
  • Manages phone coverage and troubleshoots technology issues (computer/laptop, Blackberry, Oracle issues, etc)
  • Manages multiple calendars and coordinates all internal and external meetings
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, itineraries and processes expenses reports
  • Responsible for many special projects as assigned
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • 3-5 years secretarial/clerical experience or minimum 1 year as Merchandise Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/related field or equivalent
  • Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple individuals
  • Must have strong organizational skills and superior communication skills, with a "Can Do" attitude, to be considered for this position
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail in a very fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team
  • Strong Computer skills, (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Math skills and Analytical skills are all absolutely necessary to be considered for this position
  • Oracle experience helpful, not required
