Position Description:
Interested candidates must be available to work on weekends and holidays based on business needs. Required work days include the days leading up to and after Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the weekend after Christmas. Please apply only if you meet the availability criteria above.
Under the leadership and guidance of the Locator Manager or Supervisor, the Locator Associate is responsible for locating requested merchandise within our store and completing orders placed by our customers in other Saks stores. This position requires strong computer skills to pull requested orders and to fill. The Locator associate is expected to provide outstanding customer service and must work quickly to satisfy our customer's needs. To be successful in this position the associate must partner effectively with other team members within the Locator staff and with other sales and support associates within the store
Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge of men’s and women’s fashion required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Must work well unsupervised
- Strong computer skills
- Positive outlook and ability to think creatively and offer solutions.
Ability to excel at multi tasking in a very fast paced and time sensitive environment.
