Publishers Clearing House is looking for a passionate, motivated intern to add to our team this summer. The merchandising intern is responsible for working with our products and mailings. We are a collaborative team who values input from everyone and you will have an opportunity to work closely with the Marketing team on a wide range of projects. Therefore, it is crucial that candidates be self-motivating and eager individuals with a desire to learn.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with product samples
- Set up meetings/email issues/address change forms for mailings
- Analyze product lineup and retails impact
- Review financial impact on mailings
- Slot, track and upkeep spreadsheet of multi-slotted skus
- Review mailing results, marking up changes monthly and setting up the excel chart
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Excel skills required
- High energy, team player who works well in a complex, fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing environment
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines
- Must have attention to detail, ability to work with people and analytical skills
- Merchandise/Retail experience a plus
