Basic Salary GBP40k - GBP52k basic up to 90k including bonus
Bonus Up to 100%

Leading London based MA boutique (Mid Cap Global Coverage). This boutique has been set up and ran by some of the UK's most networked and leading MA bankers; giving the right candidate an excellent opportunity to closely work and learn from some of the best around.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Heavy involvement in deal execution (Deal flow is 75% execution, 25% Pitching);
- Building valuation models;
- Preparation of pitch books and IM's;
- Due Diligence;
- Market Research;
- Support with Ad hoc duties.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will need to:
- Have excellent academics; Red brick university, 1st or 2/1 at degree level (ideally math related);
- Strong communicator;
- Minimum 18 months experience within MA;
- OR a 2012 Qualified ACA from the Big Four in MA, Corporate Finance or Transactional Services.
ESSENTIAL:
You must have a UK Passport or Tier 1 visa as no sponsorship is provided.
