This leading life insurer provides financial protection and wealth management to over 65 million customers worldwide. My client has a strong determination to grow their businesses across Asia. With large capital injection supporting these growth plans, this client has a strong focus in developing its MA department.
As a Manager in this dynamic Corporate Strategy Development team, your main responsibility is to provide expert opinion in the origination part of the MA process. Thorough analysis on potential targets is essential for successful acquisitions.
Reporting directly in to the Regional Head of Strategic Planning, you will be a strong analytical professional who comes from a banking or consultancy environment. Your knowledge within the insurance industry is equally important as there is a high demand your ability in identifying potential acquisition targets. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of developing MA opportunities by utilising your existing knowledge in the market.
You will have a minimum of 7 years life insurance experience within Merger and Acquisition with at least 3 of those having been spent within the Asian market. Your experience will include management of business development operations and you will have a proven track record of MA deals coupled with exceptionally strong negotiation skills. Your strong network in the markets will be highly appreciated by my client.
