Mergers & Acquisition – Associate recruitment

Play key role in supporting marketing initiatives including understanding value chain, major players sector trends across food, agribusiness beverage industries. Perform fundamental analysis of companies strategic options for growth or potential divestitude of assets, execution of MA mandates and sector coverage. Reqmts: MBA highly desired; BA in Finance or closely related field and 3 years of experience working in financial and banking firm required. Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and knowledge in financial modeling and analysis.
