Mergers & Acquisition Manager recruitment
A major international group, worldwide leader in its sector and listed on the London Stock Exchange our client has identified mergers and acquisitions as a key area for growth.
In the role of Mergers and Acquisitions Manager you will enjoy strong interest and direct engagement from senior figures within the business as youcreatean MA department for the group and take responsibility for managing all acquisitions projects and activities. You will support senior managementby largely focusing on the strategic evaluation of acquisition opportunities, valuation of these and preparation of deal business cases. As well as working with the group’s senior management you will be required to work very closely with external business partners such as banks and accounting firms.
Having graduated from a high level business school, with a relevant qualification (MBA or equivalent) you have a background in MA analysis ideally gained within Equity Research /Investment Banking MA Advisory / Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting or the technical industry. Comfortable identifying macro-economic and industry shaping events as well as performing financial and strategic business analysis and detailed industry research you will be able to provide accurate market judgement to stakeholders. With outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills you will be fluent in English and French. Experience of mergers and acquisitions in an international setting wouldbe an advantage.
