This position is for an experienced professional who will join us as a Transaction Manager in our Mergers Acquisitions department.
As a member of the MA Switzerland team with specific coverage of Western Switzerland you will be involved in the origination, development and execution of a variety of MA advisory assignments, both domestic and cross-border.
You will work on every aspect of a transaction execution from A (pitch/marketing) to Z (closing), including:
Originate business opportunities
Lead transaction execution from A to Z
Develop relationships with clients and other professionals
Min 3 years MA experience within Investment Banking or audit or consulting environment
Previous experience in Western Switzerland (preferred)
Professionally qualified (accountancy or banking) or MBA/M.Sc./BA graduate with previous experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven team working ability
Language skills French English required (oral and writing), German (a strong plus)
