Purpose of Job
To assist the company in the execution and monitoring of corporate initiatives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Mergers Acquisitions (MA)
-Identify and approach relevant acquisition targets
-Organize preliminary meetings and visits
-Manage the due-diligence process (management meetings, appoint advisors, examine the data room, build a valuation model, review of transaction documentation, secure financing … etc.)

Post-deal integration and monitoring
• Setup and lead the post-deal integration process (realization of revenue/cost synergies, key person in the integration of various back office functions (such as HR, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc))
• Monitor the performance of the acquired company post-deal, and ensure that it is on-track to achieve its budgets and integration objectives
• Manage the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO)
Job Requirements
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably as an MA Associate or Vice President at an investment bank or a private equity firm. Previous work experience should include financial analysis, industry analysis, preparation of financial models, presentations, due-diligence and successful completion of transactions.
• A relevant Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
• MBA, CFA, CMA, CAIA, and/or other relevant degrees are preferable but not a requirement
• Language requirements: English is a must – Arabic language is a plus
• Thorough understanding and ability to apply business valuation (DCF, comparables, and others) and industry analysis principles
• Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, and initiative taker
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, math, technical, attention-to-detail, verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple assignments at the same time
