The Company
Our client is an Asian energy and infrastructure company with projects across the globe.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting, you will lead a team to undertake financial and risk analysis of investment opportunities through the preparation and interpretation of financial models and data and present results to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
You will develop business models to support the acquisition and financing of new businesses or Greenfield development opportunities and provide investment advisory support to senior management to ensure investment objectives are achieved. Throughout the deal process, you will manage external advisors, optimise the debt structuring of projects and ensure adherence to company policies and methodologies.
You are also required to establish relationships with key Financial Institutions, keep abreast of industry trends and assessments of the strategic value of potential projects, as well as gain understanding of the various regulatory and legal systems.
Your Profile
You will have strong experience in corporate finance, project finance or debt structuring, as well as MA deal transaction experience. Experience in the energy sector is advantageous. You will also have strong communication, leadership and relationship building skills.
