Mergers and Acquisitions Managing Director recruitment
The firm is a registered broker-dealer and advisory boutique with several senior level MA members and senior partners with operational experience in a number of industry verticals. The new member will work with senior partners who have operational and CEO experience in targeted industries to develop new projects and areas of business for the MA group.
Responsibilities will include:
• Origination
o Head marketing / sales campaign to drive in business for middle-market MA assignments
o Direct strategy for sell-side deals
o Manage existing relationships and / or develop new relationships for Brock Capital
o Leverage networks and industry expertise of senior Brock members
o Supervise VP-level banker and supporting associates / analysts producing marketing materials
Candidate
• MA Banker from top-tier firm with 7+ years of experience in a broad range of transactions, though preferably with experience in Pharmaceuticals, Mining and Metals, CPG’s, and /or Restaurants / Franchisees.
• Appreciation of Brock’s potential strength as a small, under the radar firm that can sell discretely.
• Team-oriented player who can work with Brock Partners, and leverage networks and industry expertise to develop an MA pipeline.
Compensation arrangements to be discussed.
