Jobdescription:
Identifies and analyzes possible mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and makes recommendations as to their impact on the organization's profitability.
Conducts the evaluation and negotiation of potential acquisitions and mergers.
Analyzes business segments, reviews business plans and develops financial models.
Performs appropriate due diligence exercises to ensure financial viability and "fit".
Develops evaluation criteria to target and assess potential acquisitions and mergers.
Prepares reports for executive team and Board review.
Guided by business plans and strategy.

Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Advanced understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
Advanced negotiation skills.
Advanced ability to work with individuals in a wide variety of functional areas and levels of leadership.
Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
Excellent German and English language skills.
