CSS Microsoft Exchange Specialist
To implement the new messaging architecture for Microsoft Exchange and migrate all users in APAC from Lotus Notes/Domino to Outlook/Exchange.

Responsibilities :
This role requires a strong, technical, hands-on person focusing on the Bank's Singapore and regional messaging systems. The successful candidate will be a high performance member of a dynamic IT team and will assist with the management of the team. The responsibilities include:
Managing a project to migrate users from Lotus Domino to Microsoft Exchange. Planning, installing, configuring, testing, documenting, reporting and supporting the new email messaging system. Effective communication and coaching skills will be essential to assist other regional teams during the project life cycle.
Managing the Asia Pacific messaging environment on Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Services and Lotus Domino.
Performing proactive System Performance Monitoring
Planning and completing designated projects from start to end, providing regular updates on task and project status and ensuring project deadlines are met on time.
Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure and protected and there is an approved and operational plan for disaster recovery and business continuity.
Remain available to the department on a 24/7 basis when and where necessary
Requirements
·Candidate with a tertiary qualification in an IT related subject.
At least 5 years experience preferably within a Banking / Financial Institution environment.
·Must have 2-3 years direct experience in administration for Microsoft Exchange 2007 and 2010.
· Must have the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) qualification on Exchange Server. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) qualification is preferred.
· Able to design a messaging architecture and has experience with large scale migrations from Lotus Domino to Microsoft Exchange.
· Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of MS Exchange, SMTP, Mail Routing and all related infrastructure technology.
· Able to perform deep dive analysis of issues and be able to quickly resolve complex problems in MS Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES).
·Strong knowledge and experience with Lotus Domino and IBM Lotus Notes client.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7 and MS Office applications.
·Experience installing Windows server and desktop operating systems on industry standard hardware from Dell, IBM and HP in secure datacenter environments.
·Strong knowledge of MS Windows Enterprise components and technologies such as Active Directory replication, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Firewalls, ICP, Proxy servers and other network devices.
· Knowledge of the DAS, NAS, SAN storage technologies.
· Knowledge of VMware vSphere ESX server environment a bonus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Systems Management Server, Systems Centre Configuration Manager, Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft Clustering and IIS7 a bonus.
Knowledge of Citrix PS 4.5, XenApp5 and XenApp6 a bonus
