Messaging ( Exchange / AD ) Global Analyst recruitment
As an member of the Infrastructure team you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and management of the international email environment. Liaising with users, Infrastructure Team Lead and functional areas within IT, to understand the nature of key technical problems and apply system analysis techniques and procedures to identify the root cause.
As a Infrastructure Messaging Specialist you will maintain awareness of new technologies as you will contribute to the strategic development of future systems.
In addition, required to provide technical support for other areas of the infrastructure team where necessary.
Minimum 7 ++ years` experience in managing and maintaining Messaging Infrastructure.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010, , Blackberry
Expert knowledge of Windows XP Professional, Windows 7, MS Office 2003, MS Office 2010
In depth knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 servers,
Experience in VMware Citrix would be a plus
Current experience of working with infrastructure areas including: NAS Storage, Security, SCOM, SCCM, OCS
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or other certifications related to supporting technologies preferred.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage all Messaging environments globally
Work with business users and third party suppliers to identify, analyze, document and facilitate implementation of technical solutions for both short term tactical and long terms solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and service quality.
Effective and efficient problem resolution and service request handling appropriately utilizing escalation policies and guidelines to ensure service levels agreements are met/exceeded.
Provide on-call support as part of the global messaging team.
