METATRADER PRODUCT OWNER
My client is a leading name within the FX/CFD/Spread Betting arena. Thay are looking for a MetaTrader Product expert to own and control group strategy with MetaTrader.
SUMMARY OF MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To act as champion and focal point of MetaTrader product internally and externally
To create and develop product road map
Understand and communicate the customer needs.
Maintain and defend the value proposition of Metatrader
Maintain a high level of awareness of competitor activity and/or best practice relating to mandate
To integrate customer and stake-holder requirements in the development of the product(s)
To moderate and maintain user forums and other communications with customer(s)
In conjunction with delivery managers and producers to prioritise development and roll-out of new features/product
In conjunction with stakeholders, delivery managers and producers agrees the done criteria for backlog items or product features
To differentiate by innovative thinking and action
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC TO METATRADER
To act as advocate and champion of the company's MetaTrader customer offering
To facilitate the support and developmentof the company's MetaTrader user base
To own and develop the MetaTrader product strategy and roadmap in a manner consistent with company strategy
To regularly review the competitive environment in this space and adjust roadmap accordingly
To establish and maintain customer contact and feedback channels as appropriate
In conjunction with IT to maintain the relationship with product vendors in this space
