To reinforce our consultant team we are looking to hire a new.
Methods Engineer
Within our Engineering competence centre, we recruit Methods Engineers. Projects are varied and could reach key responsibilities depending on your experience and your motivation.
Responsabilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the required actions in workshops with the quality and production;
- Improve manufacturing methods to optimize the product (cost, quality, time): constant desire for continuous improvement;
- Ensure the application of Lean tools in the workshop by ensuring respect for fundamental principles of "Lean Manufacturing";
- Bring your expertise and support to the team during the industrialization development of new processes and in implementing changes in the workshop;
Required skills:
- Strong knowhow with process improvement methods
- You have an experience in implementing (Lean, Kanban, 6 Sigma …)
- Good communication skills.
- Industrial experience is an asset.
- Aware of airworthiness regulations
Required profile:
- Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
- You have already experience in applicable field
- You are a good listener, communicator and convincing
- You feel good with proactivity
- You are solution oriented and creative
