Metro Sales Executive
- Lead Generation: The Metro Sales Executive is responsible for building a portfolio of leads by use of cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base.
- Opportunity Management: The Metro Sales Executive is responsible for converting leads to opportunities by being proficient at articulating the Manpower capabilities as it relates to the client requirements as well as our competitive differentiation.
- RFP response and proposal development: The Metro Sales Executive is responsible to developing the Manpower response strategy for received RFP's by engaging the required experts from the Manpower organization and managing the completion of the client response. In addition, the Metro Sales Executive is responsible for developing competitive client proposals.
- Team Sales Execution: Develops sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed client requirements by pulling in required expertise from the Manpower organization and managing all involved against a common plan to win.
- Expert of Industry and Local Market: It is expected that the Metro Sales Executive become an expert of the Staffing Industry as well as the Local Staffing Market so as to be able to add credibility to the Manpower brand within the metro market.
The Metro Sales Executive is responsible sales of Manpower staffing services to clients. The Metro Sales Executive will achieve sales quota in an assigned territory by identifying, prospecting and securing new temporary, direct hire and HR services business at medium size to fortune 500 companies. The Metro Sales Executive is expected to leveraging existing contact base, networking and prospecting for new opportunities and consistently applying superior salesmanship to win competitive opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required
- Minimum of 5-10 years proven direct sales experience with focus in consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches.
- Existing contact base relevant for the staffing industry

Additional skills necessary for this position:
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies and developing service and pricing proposals.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment. Able to engage others into taking action and able to convince others to purchase Manpower's services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of solution oriented sales/closing techniques. Understanding of Manpower or related industry experience is preferable.
- Strong emphasis on communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- PC and Internet skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Individual contributor but responsible for engaging and managing response teams for specific client opportunities.
- Travel to potential/existing client locations as required. Must have a valid driver's license.
