Mgr / Asst Mgr – Product Implementation recruitment
Job Scope:
- Proactively lead and chair meetings regarding product implementation and product enhancements for various systems such as FPMS, Navisys and Agency EMAS
- Interact with business units, manage business requirements and understand their needs. Coordinating the work of project team and influence their choice of solution to achieve maximum reusability, seeing these plans through implementation.
- Draft product specifications and recommend features modifications, system workaround or special handling with other departments that can optimize system capacity for delivery
- Participate in business requirement gathering and propose system requirements that can meet business, users and IT acceptance
- Review materials pertaining to product implementation such as policy contracts, BIPS and forms
- Liaise with business units on issuance of bulletins relating to system implementation
- Monitor progress and help identifying risk issues and mitigation steps
- Responsible for tracking errors, delays and Day 2 implementation issues and its resolutions
- Responsible for collating documents and trigger product implementation signoff
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline, preferably with work experience in product development/ operations related functions
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initials forward until delivery
- Detailed, project and action oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and change
- Ability to work effectively with support staff and has the operations knowledge to link front and backend system through delivery
- A highly motivated individual who seeks challenges in a fast-moving environment
