Position Description:

This position leads a team of Data Quality Analysts responsible for the input, review, maintenance, and lifecycle management of customer data within various BMC systems. This includes providing strategic direction for BMC customer data philosophy, strategy, and implementation as well as managing special projects that support data quality and that allow other BMC organizations to leverage customer data to gain competitive advantage, operational efficiency, or revenue enhancement. Primary responsibilities for role:- Participate in the development and deployment of new processes to support BMC data quality business strategies- Create/modify/implement business processes in support of management acquisition of customer data- Provide global assistance and education in business process and/or tools to improve customer data quality- Help measure and achieve customer data quality service levels. - Reinforce a data stewardship mindset across all functions that create and maintain customer data.- Help identify strategic initiatives to support data integrity across the corporation. - Work across functional teams to define and/or improve the customer data lifecycle processes, business applications and customer information as required to meet business needs.- Help manage integration of all new customer information into BMC's customer data model.-Help develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure conformance to all corporate and local data quality requirements.- Help ensure best practices are used in selecting vendors on 3rd party data sources, tools and services- Develop, present proposals and analysis as appropriate to worldwide senior and executive management teams.

Position Requirements:

- Related software industry customer data management operations experience required- Experience leading a team of professionals - Excellent Project Management skills- Strong Communication Organizational skills- Knowledge of MS Office Applications Required- Experience with CRM software preferred- Oracle experience preferred- Experience with 3rd party data sources and vendor services preferred BMC is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.
