Digital Production Manager --- CRK Advertising
Position Summary
Responsible for the scheduling and management of all aspects of digital production for the
e-commerce site, brand site, and digital media, including coordinating and producing all digital assets. Manager will work closely with the creative and marketing teams, as well as media and e-commerce teams, on all online creative initiatives.

Reports to: VP, Creative Services

Other key relationships: Production, Traffic, Studio, Creative, Fashion Office, Media, Finance, Account Management and Outside Vendors
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate all website initiatives between CKI/CRK and outside agency in regard to creative content and execution, marketing and PR plans, and any media components.
- Manage the production process for the development of new website launches, microsites, and applications for all brands.
- Manage the coordination and execution for the Live Stream of the Spring and Fall Women's Collection Shows annually. Liaise with IT, broadcast crew, technology partners and internal partners to ensure a seamless transmission to the web.
- Manage internal processes for the handling of all digital assets: images, copy and samples; including internal approvals and distribution to appropriate stake-holders.
- Develop and oversee all schedules, budgets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables/dates are clearly communicated, understood, tracked and executed upon.
- Work with Print Production and the Fashion Office to review all online photography, ensuring retouching is complete and approved to brand standards.
- Traffic all digital creative assets for review and approval to necessary departments; coordinate feedback to relevant vendors or creative agencies.
- Manage the day-to-day operations for the online advertising ad fulfillment process with production house.
- Ensure projects are implemented according to site requirements and format specifications.
- Monitor project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and identify solutions to address them.
- Update creative content on the brand site through licensed CMS, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, traffic and status reports.
- Review "live" placements for quality assurance; address issues as required.
Criteria/Profile
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of interactive agency work experience; an understanding of in-house agencies.
- Mac and PC proficiency
- Working knowlege of Adobe Creative Suite and Flash.
- Live Streaming project management experience, a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of web and interactive development processes.
- Familiarity of Interactive design software and Rich Media applications.
- General understanding of web-based technology platforms for e-commerce, content and information management, portal frameworks and system integration.
- Knowledge of broadcast and video production, post production and compression formats.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to assess project focus quickly.
- Flexibility to work with deadlines and demanding workflow in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and be adaptable in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork.
