Summary As the Principle Engineer, reporting to Manager - RF Planning, accountable for supporting Venue and large in building commercial terms and strategy for the South Area. This includes legal/financial review of each venue deal or teaming arrangement and provides guidance to the regions if the deal does not meet expected hurdle rates to include both capital and expense. Position will be expected to provide assistance with teaming arrangements or partnerships with competitors. Position will leverage our DAS arrangements in one region to support our needs in another. Single point of contact for the South Area to Headquarters with regards to financial/commercial items associated with venues and other large in building projects to include NFL, MLB, NCAA, NASCAR, etc. Individual will provide the regional guidance for WiFi commercial terms and conditions and will work with HQ on that guidance. Duties include: - Review financial and legal conditions of each major Venue or large in building deal - Provide guidance to regions if deal is not within reasonable range - Provide strategic assistance to teaming or partnering with competitors - Provide interface with 3rd party DAS vendors regarding pricing and terms - Leverage DAS arrangements in one region to support DAS needs in another - Provide interface to HQ with regard to venues - MLB, NFL, NASCAR, Indy, etc - Provide regional guidance for WiFi terms and conditions - HQ interface for WiFi commercial terms - Business review of all deals - Negotiate on behalf of the regions deals with the vendors - Attend vendor User's Groups and Technical Exchange meetings as appropriate - Work with corporate organizations to transition to new policies and processes as needed - Prepare presentations to facilitate executive level network reviews and meetings ***May work from a Region Office*****
