This position is primarily accountable for leading a team of people that collectively have the responsibility for the creation of market specific planograms for the entire company. This position will ensure that all planograms are created within established timelines and are maintained within standards. In addition, this position will ensure process flows that enable their team to have the resources, tools and information needed to accomplish planogram creation. ? Recruit, manage, train, develop, retain, promote, evaluate and discipline assigned personnel in accordance with their responsibilities to facilitate individual growth and development. ? Supervise the Production Supervisors in accomplishing all production requests. ? Executes planogram review process to ensure all teams comply with store planning standards. ? Manage product assignment process to ensure timely and accurate planograms are assigned and sent to the stores which controls store stocking, presentation minimums, and space utilization for new and remerchandising stores. ? Manage PDR and IMT processes to ensure issues communicated from the field are resolved within 24 business hours. ? Support space planning teams to ensure that plans are complete, accurate and delivered timely to support all resets and EMS tasks. ? Oversee the distribution of production workload across the production team to ensure all deadlines are met. ? Ensures timely and accurate follow up and response to all field based inquiries. ? Work with space planning teams to establish priorities for production and apply resources to meet the demand of those priorities. ? Report weekly on production metrics and all planogram or process related issues. Required Qualifications: ? Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent Management experience. ? 4 years of relevant professional experience. ? Effective oral and written communication skills. ? Excellent time management/organizational skills. ? Effective conflict resolution skills. ? Excellent problem solving and customer service skills. ? Project design and/or management skills. ? Strong working knowledge of space planning applications, Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: ? 2+ years of Lowe?s Space Planning experience. ? Experience at the Lowe?s CSC or similar retail environment in Merchandising, Store Planning, or Store Operations. ? Project planning and execution expertise: ability to define a project, develop appropriate work plans and drive it to completion. ? Acute analytical skills.
