Participate in the oversight, definition, implementation and support of US Asset Servicing Relationship Managers Management Reporting; the development, generation and support of management control/tracking reporting mechanisms; and the dissemination of information through the USAS organization and to our business partners through effective informal/formal communication channels. Participate in the overall support/implementation of the mid-level risk/complexity and critical Management reporting processes. Provide guidance and technical expertise to lower-level Management Reporting Officers. Participate in the efforts to respond to business partners to provide management and enhance management reporting and controls by developing relevant business processes, executing associated process flows consistently and managing/monitoring those activities to ensure quality and accuracy. Business partners include but are not limited to Finance, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Service, CARS, Risk Management, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Client Executives, PRA, Trust Revenue Accounting, Incentive Processing, Consultant Relations, and others. Provide support to the Relationship Manager/Client Service teams (cross-sites) and multiple business partners on a consultative/direct basis to create solutions to address requirements, responding appropriately to inquiries regarding management reporting. Support efforts include but are not limited to client attribute reporting, cross-sales and relationship status reporting, managing external client mailings, completion of client profitability reviews/cost models, incentive submissions, synchronization of data warehouses, disaster recovery, risk assessment, and others. Participate in the efforts to identify/implement opportunities to increase quality, and enhance productivity, while mitigating errors; continuous interaction with Relationship Management/Client Service teams to enhance the service provided to current and prospective clients. Directly participate in the efforts to coordinate the resolution of requirements having significant organization-wide impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field required. Significant knowledge of data management as well as project management skills required. Extensive use of personal computer software/tools, including advanced skills in both Excel and Access, as well as various internal on-line systems. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines. Must be able to interact with various levels of management and be able to demonstrate leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff/peers, and expertise in planning and organizing priorities. Four to six years of relevant business related experience required.
