Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports. Configures role hierarchy and profiles to control user visibility so that access to data rolls up from lower levels to higher levels in hierarchy. Provides org-wide access settings and object sharing rules.
