Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org Position Summary: The Manager - Systems Engineering Operations is responsible for development, engineering and operation of MultiCare Health System's shared infrastructure application database environments. The position encompasses strategic planning, contract negotiation, project management, application/database design, development, installation, support, monitoring and day to day operational activities. The Manager will partner with Technology and Business teams alike to realize MultiCare Health System Goals. The ideal candidate for this position has worked in a development and/or database environment as a Development/Design Engineer, Integration Engineer or Systems Architect. Work situations are a combination of technical, clinical, financial and administrative responsibilities ranging from basic to complex and require critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, leadership and system analysis.
