A global leading organisation urgently requires an experienced Analyst to support the Oversight and Control team with the production and development of MI (Management Information) reports, tracking of team deliverables and support in the global implementation of the CBOC risk framework.

Management Information reporting 50%
•Produce Management Information reports to support the Cross Product, Global Cash Management, Global Credit Products, UK, International and Rigour Assurance MI requirements of CBOC.
•Assist in the production and development of meaningful analysis and trending of key MI to identify areas of concern around the control environment.
•Assist in the development of New MI capabilities as required.

Tracking Team support - 25%
•Provide source data to the Tracking team to allow them to accurately maintain an up to date view of all actions and key tasks.
•Assist the tracking team in high volume times with the tracking process as directed by members of the Tracking Team.
•Liaise with action/task owners to ensure they are fully aware of the actions and tasks they own and the timeframes for completion.

Management of the CBOC Risk Framework 15%
•Provide support to senior team members in implementing the CBOC Risk framework across Corporate Banking.
•Responsible for liaising with key contacts throughout Corporate Banking to gather and record relevant Risk metrics (including Conduct Risk metrics) and resolving any queries the business may have around the process.
•Work with the CBOC management team to ensure the risk metrics are complete from a population control perspective, and assist with the development of “Risk Lenses” pertinent to the CBOC delivery agenda
•Provide support as required for cross functional framework and policy delivery

Cross Functional Working - 10%
•Support the CBOC Business Partners with the production of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 process maps.
•Support the CBOC Management team with administrative tasks as directed and agreed with your line manager.
•Any other additional supporting activity across the CBOC team to support deliverables as directed by your line manager.

Limited UK travel may be required in support of the role

Experience Requirements
•Excellent management of workload and prioritisation
•Proven experience of working with senior team members (AVP and above)
•Good level of practical experience in managing/maintaining Excel and Access based records, and analysis of high volumes of data
•Awareness of operational procedures and practices across the Origination business area, including identification and management of risk
•Awareness of Group Policies
•Practical experience in monitoring of controls

Skills required to undertake the role
•Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and that of others
•Strong organisational skills
•Strong technical skills in using MS Office software, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
•Strong communication skills both written and oral
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Utmost discretion when handling sensitive and confidential material
Flexibility and adaptability to varying scope and workload
