MI production Analyst

An opportunity is available for a talented, driven and experienced individual to join a major UK institution. You will be responsible for building successful partnerships with Senior Operations stakeholders concerning the all aspects of MI, Analytics, and FTE Plans. You will have significant experience in contact centres and preferably with some financial services or banking background.

Key accountabilities:
Responsible for monthly performance MI production, analysis and commentary covering FTE planning, business trend analysis and delivery of business performance in line with budgets.
Lead business governance through regular MI review meetings with Ops Senior Leaders , proactively recommending process changes to positively impact performance.
Provide wide range of information, interpretation and guidance, enabling Ops to gain a full understanding on operational and financial implications linked to their decisions, as well as the setting of business targets.
Assessment, prioritisation and sponsorship of all MI initiatives for the respective business function
Accountability for the production, development and agreement of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance forecasts
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other business units, e.g. Sales, Credit Risk and Commercial to understand and drive Operational strategy
Engage commercial teams to ensure delivery and understanding of future business plans and transform into volume inputs for use by the planning team in quarterly budget calculations.
Accountable for leading, performance managing, motivating and co-ordinating a multi-site team of Senior Analysts.
Lead training and development to create and maintain a team that excels in analysis, information presentation and influencing of stakeholders

Highly numerate with a good understanding of advanced analytical techniques.
Possess an innovative approach to problem solving.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, relationship management influencing skills required at all levels.
Committed, enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
Deep knowledge of Operational processes, strategies and technologies.
Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial business performance, analytical or planning role.
Strong understanding of processes and key performance drivers in an operational environment
