MI Reporting Business Analyst – Derivative Trading recruitment

Leading global Broker firm is recruiting an experienced BA to work on a global Greenfield Derivative project. The BA will conversant with detailed Non-Functional requirement taking as well as Management Information Reporting - Ideally with data that spans Derivative products to Regulatory and compliance data.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience working as a business analyst  within the technology or operations department of an exchange, investment bank, asset manager or hedge fund.  Indepth experience in delivering  high-quality Non Functional requirements and MI reporting and analysis ideally with data that spans derivatives products to regulatory / compliance data.

For the reporting phase, the candidate will be expected to have experience in defining reports in the following areas:
• Treasury
• FSA Reporting
• MI
• Surveillance Reporting

The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be:

Non Functional Requirements:
• Scope, plan and manage the Non Functional Requirements gathering for a number of external vendor systems;
• To thoroughly define the detailed NFR scenarios and acceptance criteria;
• To develop an excellent understanding of the business drivers and processes;
• Experience with testing Non Functional requirements and acceptance criterias
Management Reporting:

• To thoroughly define the detailed reporting requirements MI reports and presentations, including weekly MI, internal monthly reporting and monthly production of MI databases;
• Experience with other MI tools such as Business Objects; Develop and create reports once the analysis has been completed;
